when should i book?


to avoid dissapointment we recommend you book in as soon as you no you event date. we get booked up months in advance. your date is not secure until you have paid your deposit. you have 24 hours after invoice has been sent to pay this. please check ur date is still available if you dont pay with in the time frame.




What balloons do you use?


we are proud here to share that we use high quality eco friendly biodegradable balloons. We have a wide range of colours available and an even wider range of custom colours.Balloons can last up to three weeks dependent on care and conditions.




How do i secure my date?


Your date is not secure until you have recieved your invoice and paid the non refundable deposit. Deposits must be paid within 24 hours, if you do not pay please check the dat eis still free before proceeding.




Is my deposit refundable?


Unfortunately your deposit is non refundable we do understand in exceptional circumstances you may need to move your date. we are happy to accomodate this as long as we have 4 weeks notice and your new date free.




How can i place my order?


we are pleased to accept enquieries via email and instagram chat. your order will be finalised over email.




Can I speak to you on the phone?


yes of course if you send me a message with your contact details i will be in touch at a time that is good for both of us.




Is there a minimum order?


There is no minimum order for collection. the minimum order for delivery/install is a 3 meter garland.




Do you do collaborations?


we are pleased to welcome paid collaborations with brands. unfortunatly at the moment we are unable to offer free collaborations.
